Daniel Bae is a hopeless romantic and he ends up falling for Natasha Kingsley in a whirlwind romance in the hussel and bussel of New York city. Pulled by the strings of fate spatks fly between these two strangers, this pair are destined for romance. Natasha doesnt quite think so.

Natasha has a stress in her life her Jamaican family are being deported and she is fighting to stop that happening. Meanwhile Daniel is rushing to get to his Darthmouth allumus for an interview. Daniel ends up spotting Natasha in grand central station and has the urge to talk to this girl. He ends up following her through a few neighbourhoods (which the audience is supposed to find cute I found it slightly creepy). They have a meet cute in the middle of the street when Daniel saves Natasha from on coming traffic.

Daniel tries to convince Natasha that he can make her fall in love with him in just a day. Natasha doesn’t believe in love she believes that its not scientific. Daniel tries to prove her wrong by using science to prove that Natasha can fall in love. Natasha is sceptical at first but decides to give Daniel time of day with an hour to get her to fall in love. Daniel does some research and finds out that there has been a study that has put couples in a lab and asked them 36 questions gets them to stare into each others eyes and they fall in love.Considering he only has an hour he picks 10 out random.

These two stangers end up spending the whole day together winding their way through Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens while getting to know each other. Daniel then serenades Natsaha in a kareoke bar with crimson and clover. Natasha decides to tell Daniel that her family are getting deported tomorow. Leaving Daniel alone in the street wanting to help Natasha but not sure how.

This film wraps up the importance of being open to love. No matter where you might find it because fate always have plans for you.
